Submission Guidelines:
We kindly request a voluntary donation of £4 from all artists applying to take part in this not-for-profit event. If opting to pay the donation fee please do so via the secure Paypal button link below*.

Performers will be informed of the outcome of their application on or before the 5th of April 2013
*’Itsy PR’ will appear against all donations to ensure discretion.
Terms and Conditions for Performance Art
Performance and live artists should submit an artistic outline of their work, ideally with video or still imagery to support the application.
Where imagery of the work to be presented is unavailable, i.e. if it is to be debuted at the festival, other supporting evidence is acceptable.
FEA is not an appropriate platform for first time or inexperienced performers, applications of this nature will be rejected.
Accepted artists must be able to travel to the festival in comfortable time to perform their work at the time and location agreed at time of acceptance.
Event organisers reserve the right to refuse to exhibit any work it deems unacceptable due to poor presentation or significant departure from the original accepted entry.
In addition to our open call for artists and performers invited performers will appear throughout the festival as part of our curated programmes.
